ABOUT THE ROLE

> 5 to 6 sessions/week, or 1 week on 1 week off, or 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or 1 month on and one month off
> No extended hours
> Very small Practice with a small number of patients. Ideal for continuity of care

> Dispensing Practice
> Clinical Support Staff: Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioners, HCA, Social Prescribers, GP Care Advisors, First Contact MSK Physiotherapist, Clinical Pharmacist, dispensing team

> Onsite parking

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

> Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
> Review and adhere to practice protocols and policies at all times
> Secondary Responsibilities
> Actively identifying, reporting, and correcting health and safety hazards and infection hazards immediately when recognised
> Developing and implementing treatment plans.
> Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay updated on medical advancements and best practices.
> Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities and making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the teams performance
> Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards
> In general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
> Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance

REQUIREMENTS

> Newly qualified as well as experienced GPs
> Experience of working in a primary care environment
> Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
> Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT)
> Experience with clinical risk management
> Willingness to obtain necessary training and participate in on-going development
> Ability to motivate patients to improve their health
> Have experience or be comfortable working in a digital environment
> Excellent communication skills
> A GMC-registered General Practitioner
