COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

> Between £11,000 £12,000/session
> NHS Pension
> Other Benefits: Very flexible work patterns: possibility to work 1 week on, 1 week off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, or even 1 month on and 1 month off!

ABOUT THE ROLE

> 5 to 6 sessions/week, or 1 week on 1 week off, or 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or 1 month on and one month off

> No extended hours
> Very small Practice with a small number of patients. Ideal for continuity of care

> Training Practice
> Dispensing Practice
> Clinical Support Staff: Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioners, HCA, Social Prescribers, GP Care Advisors, First Contact MSK Physiotherapist, Clinical Pharmacist, dispensing team
> Perfect QOF score !
> Outstanding Patient Satisfaction: within the Top 3% of the practices nationally!
> Onsite parking

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

> Developing care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols
> Commit to self-learning and instil an ethos of continuing professional development across the practice team
> Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
> Prepare and complete the revalidation process
> Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
> A commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice
> Working collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload
> Participation in an annual individual performance review, including taking responsibility for maintaining a record of own personal and/or professional development
> Assess own performance and take accountability for own actions, either directly or under supervision
> Providing counselling and health education

REQUIREMENTS

> Newly qualified as well as experienced GPs
> Fully GP trained with all essential skills
> Annual appraisal and revalidation, and maintain
> GMC registered General Medical Practitioner
> Evidence of a commitment to on-going personal & professional development
> To hold a degree in medicine that is recognised by the General Medical Council (GMC)
> Fully qualified GP
> Able to work autonomously
> Commitment to development
> Suggest improvements for change in a positive and inclusive manner
